Conditions of sale
Please check your tickets. Mistakes cannot always be rectified
Longborough Festival Opera reserves the right to make alterations to the published operas, dates, casts which may be necessary owing to illness or other unavoidable causes.
Tickets can not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and there will be no re-admission until a suitable pause.
No smoking, photography or recording is permitted in the auditorium.
Returns and refunds
If you are unable to attend a performance, in the event that LFO has sold out we will endeavour to resell your tickets on your behalf. A charge of £5 (min) per pair of tickets will be made. Resale is not guaranteed.
Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Please contact the Box Office for information prior to your performance.
